We provide an online platform to connect travelers with tour operators. All bookings will be made directly between you and the applicable tour operator. We are not responsible for the services provided to you by tour operators you book through our platform. All tours and activities booked through our website are subject to the terms and conditions established by the tour operator.
Payment Processing
We use third party payment processors to process payments made through our website. We do not directly collect or store any payment card information entered through our website. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment processor in use.
Cancellations and Refunds
Tours and activities booked through our website may have their own cancellation and refund policies. Please review the applicable tour or activity information for specific cancellation and refund details. We are not able to provide refunds for bookings cancelled directly through our website – any refunds must be issued by the tour operator from whom you purchased your tour or activity.
