Customer Cancellations
If you must cancel your booked ATV tour for any reason, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled tour time.
- Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance will receive full credit for the amount paid, valid for one year from the booking date. This future credit can be used to rebook an ATV tour at any available time slot within the next 365 days.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are unfortunately non-refundable and non-creditable.
Go Premium Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour booking if full payment is not received by the outlined due date and apply any deposits collected as credit to be used for future bookings within one year of the original booking date.
Bad Weather Cancellations
For your safety, ATV tours may be canceled by Go Premium Tours due to inclement weather or trail conditions. We will make every effort to contact you at least 2 hours prior to your tour if we need to cancel due to weather. If we cancel your tour due to weather, you can choose between the following options:
- Full refund of any payments already made
- Credit for the full amount paid, valid for one year from booking date
- Rebook your tour for alternate available dates and times
